Although extremely successful independently, Karen DuBois and Linda Celestre started their real estate journey together November 2009. With over 20 combined years of experience in the real estate business, their passion, knowledge, and dedication to the industry and their clients have kept them at the top of numerous rankings. In order to increase their resources and strengthen their growing network, the team moved to Keller Williams Client’s Choice in September 2010. They have also just added a buyer’s agent/assistant to be more available to all their clients and increase their efficiency in the market overall. Their personable, inviting, and hardworking personalities have made them popular in the Colorado Springs region with an ever-growing referral network. Through their proficiency and perseverance, the DuBois-Celestre team sold more than 70 homes in 2010, even in a down economy.

Karen DuBois began her real estate career in 1995 while living in Virginia after having a terrible buying experience, and vowed to make a difference in the lives of others. Karen first moved to Colorado Springs in 1980 and married her wonderful husband, Pat, a military man in 1983. After having her first son in 1984, they packed up their family and moved to Ft. Knox, Kentucky. It wasn’t easy for her to move, but she knew by marrying a military man there were going to be more moves ahead: more places to explore, friends to meet, and challenges galore. She is once again home in Colorado Springs after 10 moves, 8 homes bought and sold, and 3 sons and 1 daughter. After experiencing the triumphs and difficulties of purchasing and selling multiple homes, she has the ability to further assist, guide, and negotiate on behalf of all her clients to find their perfect homes.

After retiring from a 30 year career in local government of California, Linda moved to Colorado Springs in 2003, with her husband John, and son Tom. Linda has always had a passion for real estate, having bought and sold numerous homes and investment properties, so it seemed natural to make a career out of it. She currently holds designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), e-PRO (technology proficient), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) from the National Association of Realtors. She prides herself on keeping current on the latest technology and marketing techniques available to market a home or assist with a home search.
